You may cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt of goods for either a full refund or exchange, provided that the goods are returned unused in the original unspoiled packaging. When returning goods the customer must cover the product with the appropriate insurance offered by the shipping company. It is essential that returned items are suitably packaged, please do not affix posting labels or any tape directly to the product packaging.
If you wish to cancel your order, there may be a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product value. Additionally our shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund value, regardless of whether shipping was charged on the order or qualified for free carriage. Our courier shipping costs are £4.90 (inclusive of VAT).
As we can not resell products that have been used, only products which are unused and new may be returned. If the product has been used in any way, it is not possible to accept returns except in the instance of a fault. once the product has been used no returns or exchanges can be accepted.
In the event of a fault with any of our products, you must contact us in the first instance, prior to returning your faulty goods. We endeavor to either repair or replace faulty products and return them within 1 week.
Please do not return goods to us using an address you have recorded or that appears on our shipping documents as this address may be unsuitable and your returned product may not be received.
